The list format
One code per line. Everything before the first comma is what gets encoded; anything after it is a caption printed under the code and never put inside it. That split matters — a label baked into the code cannot be changed without reprinting, and it makes the pattern denser for no benefit.

Printing a sheet that works
Print sheet lays the codes out four across and hides everything else, so what comes out of the printer is codes and captions rather than a screenshot of a website. Print to PDF first and look at it before committing a hundred labels to paper.
Two things decide whether printed codes scan. Size: big enough that a phone camera can resolve the individual squares from the distance people will actually stand. And contrast: dark on light, with the blank margin intact.
Before you print a hundred of them
Scan two or three from the sheet with a phone that is not the one you built them on, and check each one goes where you expect. The expensive mistake here is not a code that fails to scan — you notice that immediately — it is a hundred codes that scan perfectly and point at the wrong thing.

Frequently asked questions
How many QR codes can I make at once?
Up to 100 in one go. Every code is rendered on your own device, so the limit is about keeping the page responsive rather than a paywall in disguise. Paste a longer list and the extra lines are ignored, with a note telling you how many were left out.
How do I put a label under each code?
Add a comma after the value and write the label after it: "https://example.com/1, Table 1". The part before the comma is encoded; the part after it is only printed. If the value itself contains a comma, wrap it in quotes — which is what a spreadsheet writes when it exports CSV, so a pasted column usually works as is.
Can I download them all in one file?
There is no zip download. Use Print sheet to lay every code out four across on one page, ready for a printer or a PDF, or use the PNG link under each code for individual files with numbered names so the order survives.
Does anything I paste get uploaded?
No. The list is parsed and every code is drawn in your browser, so URLs, asset tags and customer references never reach our server. That matters more here than for a single code, because a bulk list is often a whole inventory.
Which error correction level should I use for printed labels?
Q or H for anything physical. A code on a table, a shelf edge or a piece of equipment gets touched, wiped and scratched, and the higher levels can lose a quarter to a third of the pattern and still read. Level L only makes sense on a screen.
